Limited Company Checklist
THE FIRST 22 MONTHS!
If you have a Limited company or need one to trade though for whatever reason, the first accounts will be due at Companies House 22 months to the day after its incorporation. In between there are numerous matters which you must consider. After completing the questions, you can send the form to us by filling in your e-mail address and clicking 'submit' so we can contact you to advise what needs to be done. Alternatively use the form as a personal check against your Company set-up and contact the relevant Stephen Hill Partnership staff at the bottom of the page.
