At Stephen Hill Partnership Limited we have established that many clients fall into one of three categories and have put together different packages to cater specifically for their needs.

Package 1 – Annual Accounting
This is our basic package providing production of annual accounts, completion of your tax return and submission to the Inland Revenue.

Package 2 – Quarterly Accounting
This package will suit the smaller sized business who would like accounts done on a quarterly basis to tie in with VAT returns and provide a view on performance of the business. We then complete your annual accounts, calculate any tax that is due and file them with the Inland Revenue.

The charge for this service is fixed and payable quarterly or monthly to suit your requirements.

Package 3 – Monthly Accounting
This package will suit any business who would like to be able to be in control but not have to deal with the financial function of the business.

We process your data which leads to the production of monthly management accounts, payroll, VAT returns, credit control, budget analysis and a general review of the business with free business advice.

We then follow by completing the annual accounts, calculate any tax that is due and file them with the Inland Revenue.

This service is particularly attractive to those businesses who want to save money by using our services rather than the cost associated with employing staff. How much will it cost ?

At Stephen Hill Partnership Limited we have a unique way of charging for the work we do. We offer our clients the option of a fixed fee before we start work and unless there are any extreme peculiarities our fee is fixed.

For any work other than annual accounting, e.g. continual monthly work or quarterly work, our charges are based on the time spent and quotes will be given in advance.

As Accountants we realise the importance of cash flow so rather than get our fees in one hit at the end of the year we collect payment via monthly standing order to spread the cost.

How quickly is work turned around?

Under normal circumstances and provided that all necessary information has been passed on to us, monthly management accounts are produced within 10 working days after the end of the month.

For other work such as annual accounts, we agree a time by which the work will be completed before the work is carried out.
